Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on kw303, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. kw303 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request identity documentation to verify age at any point.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by kw303 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of kw303 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited under penalty of criminal law applicable to the end user.
• You must have only one active Account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Account Registration

Registration on kw303 is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading. Providing false information — including falsifying age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of the entire account balance.

KYC Verification: kw303 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., bank account statement matching the registered name).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. kw303 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

Each Member may hold only one Account. If duplicate Accounts are detected, kw303 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses credited to them.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kw303 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits; any conversion costs are the Member's responsibility.

Deposits: kw303 supports instant deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to the Member's Account in real time upon successful bank confirmation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet. kw303 targets a processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled bank maintenance windows (typically between 23:30–00:30 WIB) may be delayed until the maintenance window concludes.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the kw303 Member account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• kw303 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that significantly exceed the Member's historical deposit pattern.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member's account dashboard.
• Funds deposited must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise stated.

Bonuses & Promotions

kw303 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or the FIFA World Cup.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden by an individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; certain slot titles contribute between 10% and 100%; live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule is available on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified per offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any time. Opting into a new promotion before completing the current one will forfeit the existing bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse: kw303 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, coordinated low-risk wagering strategies (such as placing opposite bets on the same market to lock in a profit), and wagering on excluded markets. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers will have bonuses revoked and may be permanently closed.

kw303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. All promotional decisions made by kw303 are final.

Betting & Game Rules

Each product category on the kw303 Platform — sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — is governed by its own set of product-specific rules, which are published within each product section of the Platform. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kw303 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers except where an event is declared void under the relevant product rules.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a payout clearly inconsistent with the stated odds or game outcome, kw303 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's balance.
• For sports betting, kw303 offers pre-match and live (in-play) markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Specific market rules — including how void outcomes, postponements, and abandonments are handled — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section.
• For togel (numbers lottery) products, draw results are sourced from officially recognized draw providers. Any dispute regarding a draw result must be raised within 24 hours of the draw.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per account, at kw303's sole discretion. kw303 reserves the right to adjust individual Member limits based on betting patterns.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kw303 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other Members or with employees of kw303 to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing or placing wagers on the basis of inside information not available to the general public.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment fraud, or unauthorized reversals of transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kw303 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to disguise your true location.

Responsible Gaming

kw303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of the Member dashboard and include deposit limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

If you believe your gambling has become or may become a problem, we strongly encourage you to visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for full guidance, or contact our support team immediately. kw303 will process self-exclusion requests without delay and will not send promotional materials to self-excluded Members.

Members who request self-exclusion agree not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and the balance forfeited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kw303 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of kw303 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use kw303 branding, trademarks, or logos in any context without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kw303 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

kw303's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kw303 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or events beyond kw303's reasonable control (including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions) may temporarily affect service availability. kw303 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". kw303 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Platform.

Termination

Termination by the Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting kw303 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Termination by kw303: kw303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Regulatory instruction or court order.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kw303 will attempt to contact the Member prior to any balance adjustment on a dormant account.

In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), kw303 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds. In cases of termination without cause by kw303, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method.

Privacy & Data

kw303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kw303 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from kw303's operational funds. kw303 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kw303 holds its international gaming license. This choice of law does not override any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or your use of the Platform, shall be referred first to kw303's internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of being raised, it may be escalated to the applicable gaming authority's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process.

kw303 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Users in Indonesia are responsible for determining whether accessing this Platform complies with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. kw303 does not hold a domestic Indonesian gaming license.

Amendments

kw303 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kw303 will notify active Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
